As announced in the Railway Budget on 26-02-2015 by the Hon’ble
Union Minister of Railways, customer helpline Number 138 has been installed in
Salem Division, Southern Railway and made functional to handle all voice
complaints relating to cleanliness, food & catering, coach maintenance,
linen, etc., and seek assistance in case of medical emergency, etc.
Travelling public are requested to make use of this facility to help
Southern Railway to serve them better and efficiently.
