Diversion of trains via Perambur, Vyasarpadi, Korukkupet & Tiruvottiyur

Due to the track renovation/signal work by Chennai Division, the following trains (that pass through SalemDivision) are being diverted via Perambur, Vyasarpadi, Korukkupet & Tiruvottiyur.

Change in operation of passenger trains in Salem-Vridhachalam Section on 31.08.16. 04.09.16 & 07.09.16

On 31.08.16 (Wed),04.09.16 (Sun) and 07.09.16 (Wed) the following temporary changes are made in the operation of passengers trains in the Salem Vridhachalam Section, for construction of Limited Use Subways (LUS) in place of Unmanned LCs Nos. 123,160,161,163 & 170.

3	07.09.16 Wed	Minnampalli-Salem Town	1.   T.No.76850 Salem Vridhachalam passenger is to be rescheduled to leave Salem at 16.15 hrs (385 mts late) instead of Scheduled Departure of 09.50 hrs 2.  T.No.76849 Vridhachalam Salem Passenger  will be rescheduled to leave Vridhcahalam at 20.30 hrs (420 mts late) instead of the Scheduled Departure of 13.30  hrs and the train will arrive Salem 415 mts late (23.40 hrs). 3.      T.No.76848 Salem Vridhachalam passenger will be rescheduled to leave Salem at 23.45 hrs  (315 mts late) instead of Scheduled Departure of 18.30 hrs 4.    T.No.56513 Karaikal-Bangaluru Passenger is to be delayed at Vridhchalam for 240 minutes and will start at 14.00 hrs. instead of Scheduled departure of 10.00 hrs. 5.   T.No.56514 Bangaluru-Karaikal passenger will be delayed at Salem up to 16.30 hrs (285 mts late) instead of scheduled departure of 13.00 hrs.

Change in operation of trains passing through Salem Division, due to derailment near Aluva

Due to derailment of Train No.16347 Trivandrum Mangalore Express near Aluva, the following trains are diverted via Tirunelveli, Madurai and Dindigul:

Pl note that all the trains that are passing through Salem Division, both from and towards Palakkad/Trivandrum, are getting delayed due to the above derailment. 

Changes in train operations in Salem-Vridhachalam Section on 25.08.2016-Thursday

Due to track maintenance and construction of Limited Use Subways in place of unmanned LCs in Salem-Vridhachalam Section, the following changes are effected in operation of passenger trains, on 25.08.2016 - Thursday :

Train No. 56513 Karaikal Bangaluru Passenger will be detained in Vridhachalam for 240 minutes and will start from Vridhachalam at 14.00 Hrs. instead of scheduled departure at 10.00 hrs.

Train No. 56514 Bangaluru Karaikal Passenger will be detained in Salem for 135 minutes and will start from Salem at 15.15 Hrs. instead of scheduled departure at 13.00 hrs.

The following trains will have a delayed start:

T.No.76850 -Salem Vridhachalam Passenger will start from Salem at 15.00 Hrs. instead of the scheduled departure of  09.50 Hrs.

T.No.76849 - Vridhachalam Salem Passenger will start from Vridhachalam at 18.30 Hrs. instead of the scheduled departure of 13.30 Hrs.

T.No.76848 -Salem Vridhachalam Passenger will start from Salem at 22.30 Hrs. instead of the scheduled departure of 18.30 Hrs. 

Changes in train operations in Salem-Vridhachalam Section on 19.08.2016

Due to track maintenance and construction of Limited Use Subways in place of unmanned LCs in Salem-Vridhachalam Section, the following changes are effected in operation of passenger trains, on 19.08.2016 - Friday :

Train No. 56513 Karaikal Bangaluru Passenger will be detained in Vridhachalam for 240 minutes and will start from Vridhachalam at 14.00 Hrs instead of scheduled departure at 10.00 hrs.

The following trains will have a delayed start:

T.No.76850 -Salem Vridhachalam Passenger will start from Salem at 11.50 Hrs. instead of the scheduled departure of  09.50 Hrs.

T.No.76849 - Vridhachalam Salem Passenger will start from Vridhachalam at 15.00 Hrs. instead of the scheduled departure of 13.30 Hrs.

T.No.76848 -Salem Vridhachalam Passenger will start from Salem at 18.40 Hrs. instead of the scheduled departure of 18.30 Hrs.

17th August, 2016 Wednesday	Chinna Salem- Athur	1.   T.No.76847 Vridhachalam – Salem Passenger Train and T.No.76850 Salem-Vridhachalam Passenger Train are cancelled. 2.   T.No.56513 Karaikal-Bangaluru Passenger Train will be detained at Chinna Salem for 160 minutes and will start at 14.00 hrs. instead of scheduled 11.20 hrs. 3.   T.No.56514 Bangaluru- Karaikal Passenger Train will be detained at Athur for 10 minutes and will start at 14.15 hrs. instead of 14.05 hrs.	All the cancellations/ delay/ detentions are withdrawn and all the trains will be operated as per Schedule. முன்னர் குறிப்பிட்டிருந்த அனைத்து மாற்றங்களும் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு அனைத்து ரயில்களும் வழக்கம் போல் கால அட்டவணைப்படி இயங்கும்.
