Govt. Railway Police launches Android Application for train travelers

Govt. Railway Police (GRP) have launched an Android Application called “GRP Help App” for the train passengers. The application will enable the train passengers seek any emergency help, to report crime, report about suspicious persons or objects, and also provide feedback to GRP ACROSS THE COUNTRY, on just click of a button. On receipt of message/complaint, the GRP will reach the passenger at the next GRP Police Station or Outpost, record an FIR, start investigation and alert GRP at various stations.

This application can be freely downloaded from the Google Play Store and installed in the passengers’ mobiles. Passengers are requested to make use of this facility and help Indian Railways to ensure their safe and problem-free journey.
