As
announced by Hon’ble Union Minister for Railways, Sri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu,
during his recent visit to Coimbatore, an additional passenger train service is
being operated daily, to the following timings, between Coimbatore and
Mettupalayam, ON TRIAL BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS as special trains from
27.09.2016 (except Sundays). The composition of the train will be 10 General unreserved
second class day coaches and 2 Luggage-Cum-Brake Vans. Public are requested to
make use of the same.
