The Railway Gate (Kongu Nagar Gate) in Level Crossing No.133 within the Railway Station Yard, which is about 500 meters from the Tiruppur Railway station, is being temporarily closed for road traffic for a period of one week from 13.06.2014 till 20.06.2014 for urgent maintenance works. On the said date, the said railway gate will be closed from 06.00 Hrs. onwards. General public are requested to use the track under-bridge available nearby the said railway gate or Level Crossing No. 132 within 300 Meters of the Kongu Nagar Railway Gate, till the completion of the maintenance works. If the works are completed early, the railway gate will be immediately opened for road traffic.
